Q: Are my personal belongings safe while in storage?
A: Yes they are. Only you have the key to your rent space in the STORALL® Self Storage facility, which is access-controlled and is monitored by CCTV cameras. In addition to this, we have dedicated security personnel to patrol & secure the area, 24/7.
Q: How much storage space will I need?
A: STORALL®’s modular space design allows us to shift or remove dividing walls and increase the average size by as many times as you want (subject to availability). The access door is limited to only one however. Please click on our space storage calculator to get an idea of sizes.
Q:Can I change my room size later on?
A: Yes you can. However, this is subject to availability of alternative space. In some cases, we may not be able to give you the adjacent space and you will then have the option of taking it in another area of the compound.
Q: What is the minimum hire period?
A: STORALL® rents for a minimum period of one month and fees for this period need to be paid in advance.
Q: Is there a maximum limit on the hire period?
A: No there is not. You may rent for as long as you desire (@ 12-month maximum intervals).
Q: How do I make payments?
A: Payments can be made by Cash or Credit/Debit card, or check (Example of yearly rent: one advance payment for the 1st three months, along with 3 post-dated checks for the remaining quarters). Under certain conditions, we also accept Bank (SWIFT) Transfers.
Q: What happens if I miss a payment due to travel etc?
A: We recommend that you inform us in writing with a clear indication of return date. If this is not possible due to emergency etc, you must speak to a customer service attendant and confirm with them. Naturally, we would prefer that payment arrangement be made in your absence.
Q: How will I know when my fees are due?
A: STORALL® will raise invoices ten days in advance of all due dates. These can be sent to your email, PO Box or Fax – whichever option you choose on the contract form.
Q: Are there any ‘hidden’ charges?
A: No, there are none. The charges are simple and convenient. Supplementary charges will be applicable in the event of STORALL®’s participation: as in unloading labour cost (Hourly) or the packaging of your materials (cost of materials plus labour – hourly.STORALL® cannot accept responsibility for damages occurring during this process).
Q: Does STORALL® provide a collection facility from my home?
A: Yes, we do have third party movers/packers just for this purpose.
Q: Where can I purchase packing materials?
A: STORALL® offers a wide range of helpful materials for sale at the premises. Everything from adhesive tape to scissors, cartons, bubble wrap, markers and labels are available.
Q: Can I terminate my lease pre-maturely?
A: Yes you may, however, a minimum charge will be applicable.
Q: When can I access my space?
A: STORALL® is accessible from 8:00am to 8:00pm 7 days a week. For later/earlier access arrangements, please contact our customer service staff, and they will be happy to assist you.
Q: Who is responsible for my property whilst in Self Storage?
A: You are. Since only you have a key, all interior stacking and put-aways are as per your planning, needs and requirements, and therefore, your responsibility.
